I get asked this question all the time. Can I recommend a prenatal, or can I recommend some good supplements for pregnancy. Especially with food aversions, morning sickness, and hyper-emesis, taking good supplements are crucial before, during, and after pregnancy, and if breastfeeding. These are ones I have found to be the most pure and/or work the best, but please do your research and consult with your doctor before making a change to your diet or supplement regimen.

My first six supplements are from young living. Young living is the brand I search first for any and every product first and foremost.
